Ingredients: Organic Yunnan Pu-erh tea leaves, organic turmeric, organic ginger, organic cinnamon, organic orange peel and organic black pepper.

Brewing Instructions:  1 heaping teaspoon tea per 8 ounces of boiling water. 20 mg caffeine per serving. Infusion ready in 4-5 minutes.
