Do My Rewards Expire?
No, your rewards will never expire. Use your rewards immediately towards your total or save them for later. When you go into redeem your rewards, you will see a slider, allowing you to select as many points as you want to use.
I Used My Custom Discount Code to Redeem Points But it Didn't Work?
If you are having issues with redeeming your points, please contact us at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Points are redeemed via a custom code that you can enter at checkout. However, if Storehouse Tea is also running an automatic discount that will be added at checkout OR we are offering another sale at the same time, the discount with the BEST OFFER will be accepted and applied and your points may not be eligible at the same time.
If you are looking to use a discount code in addition to your points to purchase an item, we recommend saving your points during a time when a sale is not present to get the most for your money.
I Added My Email to the Subscription List. Doesn't This Mean I'm Part of the Program?
Unfortunately, for you to actually be a member of our LoyalTEA program and start accruing points, you NEED to have made an account with us. Click HERE for a step-by-step guide on how to create points and redeem rewards.
I’ve Returned/Cancelled My Order, Will I Still Get the Points?
Points are only given for purchases that have gone through. If you cancelled your order and were refunded, you will not be awarded points for that particular purchase.
Are There Any Product Exclusions?
The only product exclusion is a Storehouse Tea gift card. Other than our e-Gift Certificate/Gift Card, you are free to use these points on any product here at Storehouse Tea.
Can I Gift My Points?
At this time, customers are unable to gift their points. However, you can use your points to purchase a delicious tea or tea gift for your friend. If they are NOT a Storehouse Tea customer, you can refer them and get 100 points for yourself and get them a $5.00 off coupon which will apply sitewide (excluding gift cards).
Do I Have to Use My Points at Checkout?
No. There is no “Use it or lose it” policy. Your points never expire and you can use some, all, or none at checkout.
What Happens if I use a Discount Code?
When you use a discount code like WELCOME15 or one of our seasonal discounts, your points will be based on the subtotal after the code is applied.
For example, if you purchase an item for $100.00 and use a 10% off discount code, your new total will be $90.00. You will only receive points for the $90.00 - not the $100.00.
Can I Redeem Points AND Use a Discount Code at the Same Time?
Yes, you can use a discount code and redeem points at the same time. However, you will still only receive points on the subtotal (the total after your discount and redeemed points have been applied).
If there are more discount codes used, then the best discount or combination of discounts will automatically be applied.
Do Points Round?
Points will round down, meaning that if you spend $30.32, you will get $30.00 worth of points.
Do Points Include Shipping and Taxes?
Points given do NOT include shipping or taxes. If you use a discount code, you will only receive points for the subtotal.
I’m Already Earning Points but I Haven’t “Signed Up”
If you have an Account with Storehouse Tea and have purchased with us before, you will automatically start earning points STARTING first day of our LoyalTEA and Rewards program (October 2022). CLICK HERE to learn how to create an account.
I've Been a Customer for a Long Time. Why Don't I Have More Points?
Unfortunately we cannot retroactively add points. With that being said if you created an account BEFORE October 2022, you will not have any points with us or the money you spent will not be counted towards your current total. Your points only started accruing when we began the program in October 2022.
