watch the instagram reel recipe here

INGREDIENTS:

Chai Concentrate:

Pumpkin Spice Oat Milk:

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/3 cup plain canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Salted Maple Cold Foam:

  • 1/2 cup cold oat milk
  • 1.5 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS:

  1. For the concentrate, bring water to a simmer, add chai, and let simmer for 10 minutes. Strain, then stir in brown sugar while still warm.
  2. For the pumpkin spice oat milk, whisk together all ingredients in a small pot, bring to a gentle simmer, and keep warm.
  3. For the cold foam, in a jar or cup, add all ingredients and froth until thick and creamy using an electric hand frother.
  4. To assemble the latte, combine equal parts (about 1/2 cup each) of the chai concentrate and the pumpkin spice oat milk. Stir then top with salted maple cold foam and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice. Sip and enjoy in a fall mug.
  5. Pro tip: mix the leftover chai concentrate and pumpkin milk together, store in the fridge, and enjoy easy iced lattes all week long - it keeps well for up to 4 days.
