When infused, our Wuyi Rock Organic Oolongs’ dark brown leaves yield a light amber hue and has a smooth, light body with a sweet earthy roasted flavor and aroma. Our Organic Wuyi Rock Oolong is developed by Taiwan Tea Master Chen by using traditional Taiwan tea bush varietals and classic small batch artisan tea processing methods. Made by carefully rolled Organic Cing Xin leaves, this tea is carefully oxidized (medium level) to retain the characteristic orchid scent, then skillfully baked and roasted to reveal the characteristic smooth wild honey taste and smooth finish. This tea is made at the Chen’s own organic garden in the beautiful Huang Shan area in the province of Anhui, China. Wuyi Rock pairs well with any meal and makes a superb iced tea.
