Chinese New Year Teas
Chinese New Year is the festival that celebrates the beginning of a new year on the traditional Chinese calendar marking the end of winter and the beginning of the spring season. In 2021, the first day of the Chinese New Year will be on Friday, February 12th, which is the Year of the Ox.
In celebration of the soon coming of spring, instead of a groundhog being hoisted in Punxsutawney to see when spring will arrive, the Chinese New Year is dependent on when the first new moon is between January 21st and February 20th.
